Time to hit the road. I’ll take your inputs and begin a dedicated search for a variety of home options currently on the market for you to visit. It always helps to have another set of eyes involved during this part of the process. I’m here to be your resources during this stage.

Whether a competitive or buyer-friendly market landscape, the process of placing an offer is pivotal. I will help you strategically structure your offer for the property you have your sights set on. I will write the offer, review it with you and submit it to the listing owner. I’ll also dedicate my services during the offer/counter-offer negotiation process and guide you through asking, accepting, or declining the various ins and outs of getting an accepted offer. Once accepted, there are numerous, vital timelines and details my team will orchestrate for you: Escrow deposits, inspections, mortgage processing, appraisals, title policies and more. We love this stuff!
Our favorite day has arrived! Getting to the finish line is one of the most rewarding parts … the moment when you receive your keys. I will work with all parties involved to ensure that all needed documentation and file elements are in place to make closing day a streamlined one you can celebrate! After you move in, I am still there for you to assist on anything about being a homeowner or settling into the wonderful Des Moines area. Want to refinance? Call me. Need a good electrician or plumber? Call me. A good barber? Call me. Dentist? Call me. I have great vendors and I know people.
